PLAY, a partnership between Cultivating Health and Groove Dance Fitness, LLC, is an innovative program designed to help you transition into a healthier lifestyle that is carefree.  Our interactive approach and informal group setting provides an opportunity for maximum support and growth to nourish your mind, body and spirit. You’ll find enjoyment in discovering new foods, experiencing alternative forms of traditional physical activity and practicing self-nourishment.
