During the first week, you will learn why it’s important to give the body a break. In week two, you will have practical tips and a detailed three week plan to show you how to kick-start your New Year in a playful way for healthier living. Weeks three and four incorporate a gentle, whole-foods based cleanse to reset your metabolism, heal your digestive system and re-program your mind for healthier habits. Weeks five and six help you discover your sources of stress, and will reinvigorate you! This program includes a copy of the PLAYdetox PLAYbook, a comprehensive, holistic cleansing guide, recipes, fun activities, and good laughs.

Important Note: With any detoxification program, you may experience a variety of adverse symptoms during the first few days including headaches, skin outbreaks, diarrhea or bad breath.
